Disappointed that tuffy the dog didn't win thread of the year though, it would've been hilarious if it did.

It was a toss up between him and Mindfulness until the tie was broken - sorry but you're in 3rd place in terms of mainstreamness.

So I've spent the entirety of December listening to nothing but radio friendly trash in vain. Curses!

I really didn’t intend for it to be one - just a collection
of music that was to speak for itself. After some posts,
one day, the approval paragraph came up and it kinda
surprised me. I figured then that I may have a journal.

Especially Fluff, Key, Neapolitan, Psy-Fi, Plankton, Anteater, Zhanteimi, and [MERIT] who contributed so much during the year but weren't mentioned. As posters, you are clearly even more underrated than the officially-recognised underrated candidate, MicShazam.


^ It's well-deserved in your case because of the years you've clearly spent promoting/disseminating music, but you're right, how you become eligible for the Lifetime Achievement Award has never been clearly explained. I was very proud to win it myself last year, on which occasion I think the parameters were really slackened off to the bare minimum: (i) he still likes music, (ii) he's old af.

After my years of winning based on contributions to MB I was happy to sacrifice it all to win based on my looks at long last.
