Glass Top Tables vs. Wooden Top Tables

Wooden. Glass tables leave marks and it's easy to see. Wood is easier to hide those marks.

Twenty years plus of Windex and no marks on the glass.
Much of the wood ... well, let's say I bought some "pens"
the other day for filling in wood cracks in various surfaces.
Some wood surfaces will have to be sanded when I get the chance.

Sometimes plain old particle board works just fine for some things too:
