It's a single event.. the amount of people assaulting you is less of a factor then the trauma from the event itself. You think a woman who gets raped by two guys instead of one is less traumatized?

Are you x times more traumatized when a corporation takes youre money than when a person steals your atm card?

I'm also not very sure what you mean by this but I'll have a crack at answering you, if a couple, random couple who is not in any position of power towards the woman, asks her to watch and she consents because she just has a thing about watching people having sex, then that wouldn't be sexual misconduct because she consented under no pressure and got pleasure out of it...

If a couple, in a position of power, asks a woman to watch them have sex, and she consents because she is pressured to do so and gets no pleasure out of it, then she is not twice the victim, she is just A victim of sexual misconduct.

Dunno if this help anything...:/

Anyone can be in a position of power.. I don't like the way you frame this. Plenty of people without fame or "power" can alpha their way into making beta personalities feel threatened when they arent a threat.

As I said earlier personalities play a huge role in decision making which is why it's important to prove actual threat. It's not like the first example of the woman consenting couldnt turn around the next day and cry foul if she felt "dirty" about the whole event.

Quite ironic considering you're the one that comes off as absurd and illogical. And also completely ignorant to anything on this topic.

You just can't possibly imagine someone actually being a victim in this case. Obviously I have no respect for your opinion so take this as you will.

But why would she feel pressured? Most of the women said that they laughed as they consented, as they thought it was a joke. That seems like pressure to you?

I think we beat this horse thoroughly already man, I don't feel like going around in circles anymore...

Anyways, what do we think about the whole Kesha thing: Katy Perry Denies Dr. Luke Raped Her in Unsealed Kesha Lawsuit Deposition

I don't really know why, but from the get go this seemed a bit bogus to me. Seems quite possible that she is doing this only to get out of an unfavorable contract with Dr. Luke, and then shit just escalated (and keeps escalating).

Sexual assault is in many cases difficult to prove, but there doesn't seem to be any piece of evidence here to support her case, aside from hearsay, started by her. Might this be one of those dangerous examples of people trying to abuse the situation? If the court continuously dismisses her claims, is it enough to conclude she is an opportunistic liar?

With the available information, I can't really see the CK thing as anything but grey area.
