These are the best burgers around these parts:

Burgers, desserts, compassion are staples at Sizzles in Lockport - Daily Southtown

...and she always asks how you'd like it cooked. My answer is always medium rare.

The biggest danger in ordering a rare burger is getting overspiced meat since the spices stand out when you're eating the red stuffs.
