White meat is contaminated with harmful bacteria at a higher rate I think. I'd eat rare steak. I wouldn't even think about eating a rare chicken breast.

...and she always asks how you'd like it cooked. My answer is always medium rare.

The biggest danger in ordering a rare burger is getting overspiced meat since the spices stand out when you're eating the red stuffs.
