It's voluntary. For the record I was making six figures 5 years ago. We've all taken hits to help the company survive. Owner and wife sold their stunning home and moved into a small condo. Owner's mom and dad (who started the company) no longer draw salaries.

Except for my monthly rent of $700 and electric bill ~$50, I basically have no bills. Plus they're paying my insurance - which is a killer plan. The bill for my 5150 was over $16K (WTF) My out of pocket was less than $400.

my job is pretty cool for the most part. there are a few toxic employees who kinda ruin the whole thing at times and i'm like 80% convinced one of them is a sociopath....

but yeah aside from that i enjoy it. i also get a lot of time during the day to play around on the internet and listen to music so that's hard to beat.
