I legit sometimes spend too much time checking for updates in here, but 97% of the time, I've just got MB open in one window while I'm reading something or whatever. I'm listening to music all the time when on MB, so that's how I justify it. Music is worthwhile.

You could be listening to music while discovering the cure for cancer. Net loss, my friend.

Anyways my biggest fears are becoming intellectually complacent and relapsing on pills.
