when i'm not crippled by depression and anxiety i am a highly motivated person. always been a bit of an over-achiever, i make things happen. probably a lot of it correlates directly to my ego so idk how pure that drive is but i do have a solid well of inner strength i can pull from to get **** done. always curious to learn new things, try new things, travel new places - i've fallen into a pretty good rhythm of grinding on the daily for a later payoff. and then some days i can't get out of bed and want the sun to just explode already. lol.
wait no it's all for the instagram likes |

Personal pride and a want to feel important/liked. Aiming for people to know that I am great at my job, and for those who are above me to treat me better than the ones who are worse than me. I'm completely fulfilling this right now.

I'm just being honest. If you're good at something you want that to be recognised. Imagine being a fantastic worker and getting stuck on the most menial and rubbish position within a structure because nobody sees it. It's biologically completely normal to have a want to be recognised when you do something good.

Yeah, it's better to respect useless people who are crap at their job I guess, rather than understanding the obvious and natural hierarchy that comes with being good. Jesus.
