You're too high to understand basic English. Eat some Doritos cause you need carbs to think and read this very slowly: What I am saying is if you order something online that uses Fedex, you're the one requesting the signature for the delivery.
I give it a 90% chance Chula did this to himself.
UPS usually requires signatures in high crime areas. If you're in the burbs they just plop it on the porch. One thing I hate about UPS is that they won't wait around a second, cause their one second if precious to them but they think nothing of you wasting you whole day waiting for them, or think you can run all over hell's half acre driving to their center to pick up the package wasting your gas and your time to do a job they were paid to do which is deliver the package.
