No need to get ripped off by a "specialist", just use a garden hose.

Theres a shop here that sells a variety of shoes, clothing, and home goods all made from recycled trash collected from our beaches.

Probably no recycled garden hose items. I don't see much of a demand for a garden hoses at the beach.

I have a pick punch that makes guitar picks from old credit cards and plastic containers.
