1) day off from work
2) comfortable weather
3) cleaned and put some new pictures up in my kitchen (sports stuff)
4 A) meditated twice (10 mins & 20 minutes sitting still - focus on breath)
4 B) read a chapter in the book I’m on
4 C) listened to some great music (like always)
4 D) networked by text trying to get work out west
4 E) had a solid rock hard old man wank
4 F) drove to the store with my dog to get cleaning supplies (bleach, lysol wipe things, paper towels) ***

*** I think cleaning your crib helps keep depression at bay - like it can snowball in the wrong direction if you ignore it - but when you start to feel better capitalize on it and try to get positive patterns working in your noggin - when you’re depressed hard reading **** like that can piss you off because it feels like someone is saying see it’s simple - I don’t think it’s simple but everything you do affects your brain - every conversation, every pill, every everything - watching your personal space transform into something more agreeable to live in can’t hurt

ok

In moderation. Clutter can be nice. Gives a space personality rather than being bland. But cleaning it every now and again can feel like a new haircut. And then you're free to let it get cluttered in a whole new way that keeps your space dynamic.

I moved the fridge and cleaned under it

It really needed to be done - trust me

and the drawers and cabinets needed cleaning and disinfecting- new lining

threw away some redundant **** - matched up the lids

next time I’m going to clean the oven

There is a distinction between tidy and clean though. I like my house to be cluttered but clean: I completely agree with what you say about clutter, but I also want to be able to walk around on bare feet without my soles getting sticky

To avoid that I wear slide sandals (or whatever they're called). I think one of the more comfortable ones are Okabashi sandals but they have a tendency to rip.

No need to get ripped off by a "specialist", just use a garden hose.

That would be cool, a sandal made of recyclable material from a garden hose.

Theres a shop here that sells a variety of shoes, clothing, and home goods all made from recycled trash collected from our beaches.
