1. I ran a 10k race yesterday and still feel good from doing it. Actually it was quite a big race, about 25,000 women ran it. I did well though I got stuck a few times behind women who chose to walk halfway through. :

. Really pretty race through some of the prettiest parts of Stockholm and at the end, you get to run through a part of the city called Östermalm, and people are cheering for you on both sides of the road. Friggin awesome stuff. Everyone should run a race at least one ,if you are able, just for that last km rush.

2. My house is clean as is the laundry.
3. I got lots of free goodies at that race (t-shirts, bottle openers, pens, food)
4, My husband bought some Ventresca tuna which is like the best kind of tuna you can buy. If you see it where you are, buy it (It is the tuna-belly tuna).

1) i feel like the recent storm (TS Gordon) was healing for me. I stayed up all next to an open window and listened to it blast and the power was out making it more impactful

2) work seems to be going fine and I’m enjoying a decent work life balance for the most part

3) I love the strain of weed I got right now (blueberry)

4) I won $300 betting on the Cardinals and that’s my only bet this month

(I cheated and did recently instead of today but whatevs)

Was it already "seasoned"?

Standard with all Lodge products. I've cooked steaks every way possible and a cast iron skillet is always my go to.

1. Coat the skillet with a small amount of oil. Peanut or Canola works great.
2. Bring the steaks to room temperature and then oil them down too and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
3. Get the skillet SMOKING hot. Really hot!
4. Sear the steaks about 5-6 minutes on each side. The crust you get is ridiculous.
5. Pop the skillet in a 400 degree oven for a couple of minutes. Timing depends on how you like em cooked and the thickness of the cut.
6. Take em out, put them on the plate, and tent them with foil for no less than 5 minutes.

1. Got a haircut.
2. Gregg Barsby won the PDGA World title (I caddied for him last year).
3. Played Ript Revenge for the after tags round yesterday. First time I've ever heard of it, but that was pretty cool.
4. I played a round with the Tournament Director on Saturday and got a preview of the artwork for the DG tournament in the prison, complete with history and imagery for the surroundings of where each hole is located throughout the prison grounds. It's absolutely perfect. I've also nailed down the music, sound effects, and miscellaneous details for my small part of it all. The Historical Society was also talking about keeping this course as a specialty event for rotation among the local disc golf clubs during the normal season, so it's nice to see the sport getting some recognition in such a niche environment. It'll help bring in revenue where there was zero interest and the land and structure were just overhead expenses and wasting away. Good stuff.
