1) Just got off the phone with my baby girl. Her baby girl is so close to introducing herself to the world, and her granddad.
2) The sun is out, it's 79 degrees with a nice breeze, and they just cut the grass. Someone should bottle that smell.
3) Listening to some classic Allan Parson's Project. Dude knew how to utilize a stereo soundscape.
4) Got my XLR switcher all set up.

1. I ran a 10k race yesterday and still feel good from doing it. Actually it was quite a big race, about 25,000 women ran it. I did well though I got stuck a few times behind women who chose to walk halfway through. :

. Really pretty race through some of the prettiest parts of Stockholm and at the end, you get to run through a part of the city called Östermalm, and people are cheering for you on both sides of the road. Friggin awesome stuff. Everyone should run a race at least one ,if you are able, just for that last km rush.

2. My house is clean as is the laundry.
3. I got lots of free goodies at that race (t-shirts, bottle openers, pens, food)
4, My husband bought some Ventresca tuna which is like the best kind of tuna you can buy. If you see it where you are, buy it (It is the tuna-belly tuna).
