im in the process of switching from computer programming to a more fun career in CNC (computer numerical control).

still has some programming, but you make things too not just apps or websites

You don’t need to pay to have an electronic title printed out if you sell your car to a dealership.

You don't have to pay if you just give it away either which is analogous to selling to a dealership.
