If I go to a doctor, I want him to have proved himself competent as he progresses through a series of educational stages, each one designed to build on the previous in such a way that the student can acquire a grasp of an extremely complex body of knowledge. That's achieved by schooling, not by humans being "entitled" to be doctors "from the start".

I don’t think he means entitled to practice medicine but rather entitled to a certain amount of comfort and security like receiving medicine

When I was a student I had a very systematic approach to studying. A big part of it was I took 15 minute breaks every 45 minutes. So 25% of my study time was spent not studying. When I told people I did that they invariably said it was a good strategy.

When using flash cards mark a check if you get it right and x if you don’t. Once you get 3 checks in a row discard it from the deck.

Caveat: if you get two exes don’t discard it until you have 5 checks in a row.
