today I've learned (realized)... that this biology class im taking actually has been a huge benefit on learning about how the body works and how blessed I am to be healthy. my family and friends also.

I've had to learn how to do this and Im pretty sure I have it down, just need to memorize and get familiar with the codes for the control panel
