It is. I'm reliably informed that yes, they do have buildings, and roads, possibly vehicles and - and I can't swear to this - maybe people. Most likely English, if I know my cities, which I don't.

It's also in the county of Leicestershire, which is pronounced Les-teer-sheer.

if you don't know you should know, going entirely from football it seems like a great place. loved watching their rise because of just how behind the team their fans were.
