Here's what I've gathered so far:

There is a city called Leicester.
Kasabian is a musician or band of some kind.
Leicester has a soccer team that did something that made them more popular on Twitter than some musician or band I've never heard of.

When I think of Leicester, I think of Leicester Square in London.

Came first in the highest league in English football. Beat teams who had spent hundreds of millions trying to win the title. You may hate sports, but this was so huge a deal that it made news all over the world.
