Bottom line is using asterisks or saying things like "the n word" does not diminish the connotation of the word itself. It's somewhat insulting and dishonest tbh.

Took me a while to understand what you were referring to, my comment was actually in reference to the exchanges in this thread (all the mods are gay, gay sex jokes etc).

Seconded. A bit of a troll. Nout wrong with that, just not mod material methinks. Mods are supposed to quell arguments, not flame the fires. :/
He's not actually fanning the flames, it's more like a controlled burn. The same way they fight fire with fire. They clear out dead wood with fire as to prevent an enviable forest fire from getting way out of control if it does happen, or burn down a path so that the real raging fire can't spread. I think Frownland is keen on this tactic and executes it well.
