Slint (Louisville)

Slint’s Spiderland is an unassailable must hear record.

Both Melody Maker and NME have listed Spiderland as an all time top 100 record.

Their debut record Tweez was also produced by Steve Albini. I think one time I told Ori that Spiderland was the whole story but I’ve since learned that I was mistaken. Tweez will probably end up with a cult following as well. Spiderland was released in ‘91. It took over ten years to circulate and find its following. If you don’t know it get to know it.
