i deal with a lot people who are unaware of the difference between reply and reply all when writing emails. definitely my biggest pet peeve at work.

it's awful. to make matters worse the company i work for regularly sends out emails welcoming the newest employees, so at least two or three times a month i get flooded with "welcome aboard!" emails or my personal favourite, memes like the following:
