So you can get arrested while drink but you don't necessary have to be drunk?

Pretty sure the skim milk thing comes from saving label space.

That doesn't make sense either.

You're arrested for drinking enough to be over the limit while in control of a vehicle not for being drunk.

You're not following your own logic. "You're not arrested for being drunk you're arrested for drinking." Add "behind the wheel of a car" to both before you drop more turds.
