updates from the rubber (that sounded a bit weird)
Well, still in a funk for obvious reasons. Now we have to get through all the legal crap taking Mom's name off everything and all so I'm still going to be sporadic. I haven't listened to Spotify for a week. Luckily I was thirty years ahead of the game with my Extravaganza so I'll be able to post these things for a while at least. I'm hoping this project doesn't end up incomplete though. Pet Sounds, I promise when I get back into my groove, we'll kick off our Beatle journal. In the meantime take care and I love you guys (not in a homosexual way of course )

HaHa, yes, your thread title does sound a bit strange. What a pity that "Mr. Soul" has already been taken by Neil Young.
I had no idea that you were going through some family/legal problem. Legal action against your Mom sounds like a very unpleasant recourse for so many reasons. I hope you come out the other side of this as soon as possible.

Oh, no, it's nothing like that. We just have to call places like Social Security for example to inform them of her death. It's just a lot of paperwork we have to deal with after someone dies. It certainly isn't pleasant but it isn't anything unusual.
Thanks for the words though, Lisna. |

Oh dear. I'm very sorry rubber soul. That must be very difficult. I wonder if your Mom was elderly and ailing for some time, or has this come out of the blue for you?
