Is England part of Europe? To some, it may be a fair question to ask, given their exit from the EU.

Oh yes, the VAT. I've paid that when buying some CDs from England and other parts of Europe. I also like cheap duty free, except that I'd have to be in the States for at least two days in order to take advantage. Stupid laws.
