With modern comforts I'll take the cold because while it might be a little more lethal at least it's bearable and you just pass out in the event that you're going to die. No biggie. Dying in the heat usually means dying of dehydration which sounds way worse imo.

And when you're out and sweating there's **** all you can do about it but fantasize about going home and taking a shower. Or I can put on a jacket when it's cold. Not to mention that heat is exhausting and cold is refreshing, even if only because it forces you awake.

i just realized ive never answered this, huh.

1) ****ing cold ass winters.
2) more construction than anywhere else i've ever been. i cannot remember a time where parking wasn't closed downtown due to construction.
3) nobody knows how to drive.

It's -9 degrees F right now, and later this week it's gonna be -15, so I hate the weather, the weather and the weather.

One of the worst driving offenses imo is the person in heavy traffic trying to prove to themselves they're a good person by waving someone through. What about the people behind the person doing the waving? They're essentially telling all of them to **** off while they sit in their little made-up bubble of superiority. They've maybe helped one person get to their destination a few seconds faster, while simultaneously adding more time to the commute for multiple people behind them.

I like the ones that let you go through when you need to take a left without any disregard you might get nailed by traffic going the other way.
