I think there are situations where kissing and groping a chick like that is unwarranted, but this whole 'ask for consent' first thing is just completely stupid and elph knows damn well that nobody always asks for consent. I'm sure a lot of times asking for consent will ruin the mood rather than just doing it. It's more about reading body language and or just knowing how to interact with humans. Though, sometimes you get it wrong, and in that case I wouldn't consider it as intrusive as some ******* randomly kissing a girl because he wanted to.
