That one doesn't look that appealing because I think that one is actually in a sheep's stomach but trust me it really isn't gross. The texture is amazing and it has a lot of flavour, not sure what seasonings are put in it but it's really nice. Coming from someone who doesn't like liver/kidney that is high praise indeed.
