Is Frownland a Garbage Mod Who Trolls as He Wants Cause the Other Mods Do Nothing?
 

Seriously, who on this site thinks that Frownland's treatment of Chula in any way follows the rules of this forum? And why haven't the other mods said a damn thing about it beyond vague references to some kind of mod discussion in the mod forum without ever saying anything to make it explicit that Frownland is in any way breaking any rules? And that's just the most obvious case.

I mean really? I always had fun messing with Chula but I always thought it was in good fun, or at least it was just only internet douchebaggery.
