Is Frownland a Garbage Mod Who Trolls as He Wants Cause the Other Mods Do Nothing?
 

Seriously, who on this site thinks that Frownland's treatment of Chula in any way follows the rules of this forum? And why haven't the other mods said a damn thing about it beyond vague references to some kind of mod discussion in the mod forum without ever saying anything to make it explicit that Frownland is in any way breaking any rules? And that's just the most obvious case.

I mean banning spammers is one thing, but this is clearly your playground as Exo explicitly stated in a way that made it obvious that at least one mod has reservations about your tenure. And yet nobody does anything and when anybody does anything it's entirely to anyone else but you. I like you and all but you are clearly a terrible mod.

And Frown eggs him on constantly until Chula says one thing that Frown can get him on and then he threatens him with a ban even though any mod team with the slightest amount of balls would have removed Frown long ago and given him 20 temp bans. This is honestly not even about Frown. The entire mod team have no testicles to stand up to him for whatever reason I am not aware of.
