Cheese usually sucks.

It takes someone who really knows what they're doing to make cheese good.

Hush, you. Cheese is THE most fantastic thing on the planet. Aside from 'cheeze wiz,' melted velveeta type products, and some bargain brand pressed cheese slices, almost any cheese product makes me happy and there's nothing you can say to change that.
