Never heard of it. I probably prefer cheddar on a burger but I like a good deli sub with swiss/provolone

I make this dish called chicken swiss. It's got chicken as the base, cream of chicken on top, bunch of swiss cheese on top of that, then a layer of chicken stuffing on top. Delicious stuff. Normally in deli sandwiches, I take provolone. But if I can't get some jalapenos or hot relish in the sandwich, I'll opt for cheddarjack, for the spice.

Right? Roastbeef, mayo, and swiss. And if I'm feeling it, add some salt. God's lunch, right there.

I've been trying to stay away from beef/pork lately, but dam a Jalapeno Cheddar Juicy Lucy sounds real good right now.

I was thinking about doing the same. Cut down on red meat and eat more vegetables. I need more energy. Constantly drinking monsters and coffee and even caffeine pills to give me the energy to trudge on when I used to just rely on dxm
