I think I know one person who maybe I'd trust with the responsibility of having a family and she still isn't ready but she's early 20s so that's to be expected. But that's literally one person.

Instead of not reproducing you can stop supporting hyper inefficient resource consumption.. but that's probably too much of an inconvenience.

I mean I say have snipers on Trump's wall who shoot Mexicans AND Americans and see how that works out. Just make it a no man's land but promise free watermelons so we can kill blacks too.
