I do want to be branded like PewDiePie actually. I could really use the money.

True, correlation doesn't equal causation. I'm just saying that despite having a stable family with happily married parents hasn't exactly made me the most normal or well-adjusted guy out there.

So you're saying that life is more complicated than the over simplified conclusions that people have provided us in this thread?

Life is anything but simple...but there's also no such thing as a perfect solution.

I have, but I get what you're saying. It was a good point.

It was really hard af when I first started because I kept cramping up at work and then when I got in bed my body ****ing exploded with pain.

Hope you feel better homie!

I wouldn't call it a matriarchy as that's a rather big word with a big meaning but otherwise agreed. Unless you had a garbage dad it doesn't benefit you to have a single parent.

There's probably some reasonable middle ground between Leave It to Beaver and being forced to suck your step-father's dick in the basement after your mom goes to work.

My parents are still married and I'm 30. My sister is 26. Her and I have talked about it a lot and we both agree that we wish they'd have divorced when we were kids because of how dysfunctional our family is. She's a recovering opiate addict, my mother's an opiate addict amputee, and my father's an alcoholic that's blind in one eye, and we're all in lower class. As for me? I just work, read, listen to music, and drink my whiskey and smoke my weed on my days off. I'm the most stable, even out of my extended family...which is kinda ****ed up if you consider that my favorite three subjects are death, satan, and music. lol. But yeah, you know ****'s ****ed up when both of the siblings agree as adults that the parents should've split YEARS ago.

That's some Requiem for a Dream shit right there.

Yep. I'm surprised I made it to 30 with a clean record, without killing anyone, without kids, and without going through marriage and divorce myself. Basically what I'm trying to say is: I dun seen enough **** already, I'm good.
