And Carrie is the ****. Primitive writing even for him but damn is the story effective.

Ja he's definitely strong plotwise (although he has a knack for fizzling out at the end).

The Shining and Carrie both have good endings.

big time. he's one of those authors who feels the need to wrap everything up at the end in a nice little bow and i'm someone who prefers an ending that doesn't make it seem like the story just suddenly stops there. give me a bit of intrigue and mystery pls.
