Gotta wash off all that midwestern all tied up in a neat little package within 2 hours wholesomeness. If you leave that on for too long, you turn into Molly Ringwald.

You say it like that's a bad thing

Fair enough. The lack of a good equivalent to ja in English is awkward

I was thinking either her or Anthony Michael Hall, but it sounded funnier with her name. AMH is too long.

Also, it's not a bad thing, I had to sacrifice real facts for the joke. I'm hard core like that.

My Voynich manuscript theory is that it's intentionally removed from recognizable language and imagery so that it can work as a structural exploration of pharmacopoeia standards of its time.

I, a person who knows less than nothing about medicine, can imagine a scenario where the horse thing could indeed be useful in some cases of covid, and the US health authorities won't admit as much (maybe for good reasons, such as preventing a mass poisoning among morons who don't know what they're doing).

Saw a video of a Chinese doctor (subtitled. for all I know he could've been talking about Siouxsie and the Banshees) saying that it's useful AFTER someone contracts covid to make sure the symptoms don't worsen. Not as a prophylactic against covid, and not once you develop breathing difficulties and have to be hooked to a ventilator and die. But in that sweet spot between the two.

I'm in a few political subs on Reddit, and this subject came up. Apparently you use ivermectin to treat Lupis (I have no idea) and the person was saying they now need to order through their doctor because you can't get it on shelves where they live. It's all sold out.

I haven't looked into that, but assuming it's true, there are considerable factors to think about.

Yeah but ... I use it sometimes.

tbh I never knew if you were saying "ja" [yah] like Sgt. Schultz or saying it like "jah" [dʒɑ] like a Rastafarian.
