Not a huge surprise that the people who take Subway seriously enough to sue it would be South Asian. Don't think I've ever seen a franchise that wasn't operated by an Indian family.

There's a 24/7 DD in Ridgewood right outside the Myrtle–Wyckoff subway that functions more or less as a homeless shelter. Worth a visit just to witness the constant standoff between the strait-laced Indian kids who operate it and the patrons.
