I've been eating a lot of muenster cheese as finger food. Good stuff.

Cheese is great on its own. Wensleydale is my current favourite snack cheese. With apricot in.

It is really lovely stuff.

I don't know how unpopular this opinion is but I think the US should start learning Spanish as a second language.

It's become the most taught second language in the U.S. so it's already happening.
