Mord Got Banned For No Reason

No reason given, he just refreshed the page, and he's been banned. It stated that the "Ban Will Never Be Lifted". Did he do something wrong? Is there some mistake? If he did something wrong, what was it?

I did it on accident when I deleted his test thread. Thanks for pointing it out.
