Yeah, that slate grey is terrible and a bit kitschy. What bothers me more is the loading of the upper walls, and how it's being supported through the lower level, creating obstacles and breaking up the space. They could have just used the lower wall for load and went cantilever for the deck, giving them even more area.

Hes a nice artist/rapper but idk about a whole darn statue

I also think its missing a place to protect a car, so a barn/garage with a loft would be a nice add.

A 4 car add on garage in the shape of Big KRIT’s head!

Thanks for pointing out the structural reasons why that's not an efficient arrangement. It makes me think we're not looking at "real" stone, but something like this:-

Could be. They do make foam 'rocks' for facades. I've done a couple of those projects. But still, there's some sort of load going on up there that could have been handled a bit differently. Then again, there might be some unseen reason for pulling in the second floor walls like that. *shrug*

Thanks for commenting on my post OH - it's a reminder that one photo doesn't tell the whole story of a building. I actually posted about that museum because it's the first building that these two skateboarders visited:-

The video is an unusual example of people having hands-on fun with buildings, but if you don't want to devote 15 mins to the video, jump to 1:30 in - it's worth it for the drone shot of the red ramps, imo!

I enjoyed that. Have you ever been to Brazil?

My image of Brazil seems like the last place on earth that would elect Bolsonaro.

Yes, the skateboarding gives us a chance to see those buildings from a bunch of different perspectives - sometimes up in real close detail, which is unusual.

No, never been to Brazil, OH, and I don't know anything about its politics. I've read a couple of tales about surviving the Amazon basin, but that's about all.
