I LOVE it Marie; we all should post our most aggressively flamboyant outfits soon and see who wins. (Unfortunately I don't have a matching outfit. I have corduroy floral high-waisted pants-- they're fancy designer brand pants, in fact-- that I love but sadly have no matching corduroy blazer monstrosity to match it)

'agressively flamboyant' is a great way to describe it lol. By all means show us a photo of those trousers, they sound awesome. Let's see if posting enough photos like these will give Charles an allergic reaction.

they're truly the perfect thing for when you want to feel like a vintage couch. (Honestly I'd prefer it if they were brighter. Kind of want to dye them green) The brand is Isabel Marant.

When I first modeled these for my roommates they just stared in horror and said "Oh god. Oh god." The waistline is weird; it's V-shaped, much like old-timey men's pants were. So I obviously need old-timey button suspenders to wear with them.

Of course I already happened to be wearing a floral shirt as well. Ideally though I'd wear my brown sweater vest and one of my flowy tunic type shirts with it.
