I don't know how the notation works, so I just assumed that ' symbol was some sort of upside down comma or something.

Either way, when I use Google's unit converter it says:

169cm = 5.54462 feet
182 cm = 5.97113 feet

So you can see where I got my results when I didn't know what the notation really meant.

So it's actually even more backwards. I have to convert the remainder to inches too?
Holy hell, get with the metric system, please!
