I think it's funny how people have such different reactions to room temperatures. I'm always the one complaining it's too warm when other people are putting on more layers instead. My apartment is a bit chill by many people's standards. My bedroom is even colder than my living room.

I wish I knew. My hands are always so cold that I can just put my fingers on the back of someone's neck when I want to startle them. It works great! I'm an actual ghost.
