I know. It's not the first time and it won't be the last (we have two other cats, same age though at the moment totally healthy). Needless to say, I am not looking forward to it. Oh yeah, we've used the same guy for decades. It's just sometimes he has the audacity to take a day off, and while one of his staff would be I'm sure totally competent, it's kind of like the end of the story without the main character, you know? Just feels right for him to be there. Also, he's extremely understanding and kind, which makes a massive difference.
