You're probably right. I guess I was sleeping when the biology teacher gave us the ok on kicking pregnant women in the vag.

You slept through the part where menarche might crank up pre-teen?

That sounds awful, Overcast :c I've known a couple others that experience very similar things, though.

As for nightmares: I'd constantly have dreams about various body parts falling off (usually my legs) and anxiously trying to reattach them.

Actually, now that I think of it I always had intense anxiety and fear around falling asleep in general. Not because of a fear of the dark or any specific thing; it was just an extreme, inexplicable sense of dread and I still have this weird hyper-vigilance at night to this day.

For years I thought my brother had a large pet spider that had escaped and jumped on me as a kid but when I brought it up last year he said that never happened so it must have been a nightmare when I was little that somehow turned into a false memory.

Nope, (thank god) though honestly I'm still creeped out by the fact that believed that. It's possible that 6-year-old me just wildly misinterpreted some plotline in a Xena: Warrior Princess or Star Trek episode, or something. It's a mystery.

Xena taught me the importance of experimenting.

For some reason when little I was afriad of the xbox platformer ''vexx'' because it was dark and had beating realistic hearts as the mission collectible.

I also remember being afraid of playing Rayman 2/revolution alone for whatever reason. Something about the atmosphere felt very isolating.
