It would be a step up.

You pay for schooling and diplomas

Education is free

I'm not saying access to professors (if it's not just some jerk off grad student TA), materials and a hopefully fantastic library isn't without value. It does have value and should be a public service like a fire department.

I do think it's worth it to be a little anal about the semantics because "schools" in no way could ever have a monopoly on education.

I'll make another point. The "student centered" style of education that is largely based off discussions with your peers is bull****. For what those classes cost these days there better be a brilliant mother****er giving fantastic lectures and all the students need to be doing is asking questions. Not making long comments and carrying on debates or whatever.

I think if you're smart enough to learn law you could probably do it just by reading.

Medicine or pharmacology, on the other hand, demands special materials.

I'm not saying it's easy to make a living practicing law. I'm not sure how it works but I think it makes more sense to demand a stricter set of standards for defenders than prosecutors. Also, does passing the bar exam qualify you to practice any kind of law like family law or environmental law or do you have to pass specific tests to specialize? Maybe I should Google this ****. Will you do it for me?

I've used that site before. You can listen to and watch the lectures on YouTube. I guarantee even if you're pretty damn educated there's all kinds of stuff you can learn on Khan Academy but you need a laptop not just a phone.

I wanna see OccultHawk in a courtroom. He'd pee on the judge. No question.

It's hard to piss in front of a crowd. I'd have to be like everybody shut the **** up I'm trying to piss on this ****ing judge here.

But then when you don't wanna piss it comes sneaking out on you. Unpredictable.

I'm not smart enough either way. Nor could I score high enough on the LSAT to get into law school.

I could piss on a judge if I drank a 12 pack and took a Xanax, though.
