The theraplant pen is the pen I got first way back but then realized how weak these things are so I stopped. Im wanting to stop smoking for a while and this is going to be habit breaker. i got the better pen(silver) just not sure how to get it to work on the settings it has. the white pen only has one setting and you need to take 3 hits, just to get any vape production.

@Mindfulness should be decent enough, I started using a pen like that then got a mod, I think 12mg nicotine will be fine for e liquid if you were smoking 10 cigarettes a day or thereabouts.

After a bit though you might want to look at getting a box mod and larger tank (5ml). Sounds complicated but it's really not. $30ish on a box mod, $20ish on a tank and depending on the mod you might need to buy batteries and a charger (most can be charged via USB/laptop as well).
