I've been here for a few years and lost a few friends. Some of them are the same people everyone misses, others are members people rarely speak of, and are most likely forgotten. I don't revel in anyone getting banned. It shrinks the number who frequent Music Banter, even if it's by one. I am not saying MB shouldn't have rules etc. etc. I just kinda wish the people who got banned had boundaries, knew when to goof around, and knew when to stop. So they can always be part of the banter.

Was looking forward to his thoughts on Deadwood.
Well, c'est la vie.

Whatever it was. The evidence is long gone.

You're a bastard. Batty may have had his faults, but he was one of the most interesting people here, one who kept the banter (remember that?) going. I will certainly miss him, even though he slagged the **** out of me. I honestly think maybe a long ban - a month or so - might have been appropriate, but a permanent one, especially given the questionable motives behind it, is I think a step too far, and another step along a dark road that leads us all towards the final exit sign.
I certainly will feel like I enjoy, and will probably want to frequent here, less in his absence than I did. tl;dr: **** off, I liked the guy. Up yours.

In all seriousness, is it permanent?
