This is a good point, although I think if they were to ban him for such behavior, it should have happened a long time ago. Otherwise, it just appears kind of petty and arbitrary.

Well, that's sort of the unfortunate circumstance of being a "prominent" member of a forum with as many posts as he has while simultaneously being on your last warning. You can't ban him because of his activity, but then his behavior becomes a recurring factor. Which is why Plank was right to do what he did. He had to stop the behavior from starting because let's be honest, Bat is where it started.

I have a migraine right now so I'm sure this post probably makes more sense than it does in my head.

Also, I'm ignoring DWV because I have no clue as to whom he's speaking.
