I didn’t spend much time outside today—just a quick walk to run some errands. I find it hard to get motivated sometimes. I know getting fresh air is important, though. I’ve been thinking about trying some supplements from Canadian Pharmacy to help boost my mood and energy levels. Do any of you have tips for making it easier to spend more time outdoors?
