Around 3 to 4 hours yesterday and if the weather is good again today, I'll probably spend another 3 hours or more outside.

2 hours. Was running errands most of the morning, but definitely feeling the need to get some sunshine. Now I'm browsing "Different Types of Butts" (don't judge!): https://betterme.world/articles/diff...ypes-of-butts/ - maybe some inspiration for some afternoon toning exercises?
