About 8 hours on Saturday and then about 9 hours yesterday disc golfing. It was friggin hot too, in the mid to upper 90's, so I sweated out a few gallons. I stayed hydrated though, and took a top 5 finish out of about 40 other sweaty mofo's for the Dad's Day morning tags round, then took 2nd in the $$ round afterwards. Not too shabby, and I got some free lunch money.

None so far today. (it's 6:20 am)

Yesterday, maybe 2 hours. Burning shrubs, branches, yard waste, and also throwing the frisbee for my dog, who never, ever gets tired of chasing it.

Just wait 20-30 minutes after you put on your sunblock before you exercise or jump in a pool or do anything that can wash it off.

Your skin absorbs it.

I'd think global warming wasn't so bad in the 80s so it would be cooler.
